WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
We ask all our participants to be 15 min. early to their booking time. Your game room opens and the clock starts at the time you selected when booking. If you are late, you will have less time in your room to solve the puzzle. Being 15 min. early allows for the time needed to explain rules.
ARE ALL ROOMS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Our rooms are appropriate for any age, but some puzzles are far too difficult for young minds. Our Baker Street Mystery is only for ages 14+.
All groups with children 13 and younger require at least one parent/guardian in the escape room with them at all times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM STUCK ON A PUZZLE?
If you get stumped, ask for help! Your Game Master is there to help you be successful!
WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?
No. All our games are private games.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SOLVE THE ROOM?
If you do not solve the room in your allotted amount of time, your game master will enter the room and ask you to stop at that point. You are more than welcome to still grab a photo in front of our photo wall and encouraged to try again another time!
WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE OF A ROOM?
Nope! Rooms cannot be locked for your safety! While you are encouraged not to leave your room, the option is always there. If you do choose to leave the room for any reason, the clock is still ticking.
CAN I USE MY PHONE IN THE ROOM?
Cell phone use is prohibited, along with the taking of photos or videos.
ARE THE ROOMS SCARY?
